How to Check your Order Status

Check order status for orders placed on

  1. Scroll to the bottom of any page on
  2. Click on the Order Lookup link
  3. Type in your Order ID # and the zip code used to place the order
  4. Click on the box for "I'm not a robot" and then click "FIND MY ORDER"
  5. The next screen will show your order including the order status.

Check order status for orders placed on a retailer or dealer website

If you have placed an order with a retailer or dealer, you will need to follow up with that business. We have no visibility to their online order systems nor to their product availability.


Check order status for replacement part orders placed on

  1. After you have placed an order on the parts portal, you can check your order status by going to the Minn Kota and Cannon Parts Portal and clicking on Order Status at the top left corner of the page.
  2. The Order Status link will take you to a screen that will allow you to enter in your Order Number and your Billing Name, Company Name, Email Address, or Zip Code. The order number is required along with your choice of one of the other options.
  3. Once you have entered your order information, click on "Check Order Status" and you will be able to see your order information and the status.
  4. You will be able to see your Order Detail, the Items Ordered, and the Shipping information. Shipping information will have your tracking number once the order is shipped out.
