If you need support for your Cannon Product, you can take your Cannon to an Authorized Service Center. We have service centers across the United States and Canada. If you are outside of those locations, the Service Provider Locator will show you your closest distributor who will help you with your Cannon Product.

If you have a question on your warranty eligibility, you can click this link to view warranty information. If you need service on your Cannon and feel it should be covered by warranty, you can take your product and proof of purchase to an Authorized Service Center. They will be able to determine your warranty eligibility.
