Issues Submitting a Request

If you are having issues submitting a request verify the following:

  • Your email address needs to be spelled correctly and does not have any extra characters or spaces.
  • You have selected a Subject Category.
  • You have typed in a Subject for the email request.
  • You have typed in a Question.
  • You have typed in your First Name.
  • You have typed in your Last Name.
  • You have selected the correct Country.
    • If you select the wrong country, this may affect you being able to enter in your phone number with the correct country code for your phone number.
  • You have typed in your Street Address.
  • You have typed in your City.
  • You have typed in your Telephone Number starting with + and your country code.
    • For example the country code for North America is 1, the Country Code for the United Kingdom is 44. Verify your phone number does not have any spaces, parentheses, or dashes.
    • Examples: +15555555555 or +447911123456.
  • In the Confirm your email address box, retype your email address correctly and verify it does not have any extra characters or spaces.
  • Read the Privacy Policy and check the box next to it to confirm you have read and accept Johnson Outdoors Inc.'s Privacy Policy and eCommerce Privacy Policy.
